    Ah, future colonization or new lunar cape research, eh? It would be far cheaper to lauch from the moon than to spend $400mil breaking earth's gravity, huh?

    A little cheaper, perhaps, after the inital cost of the Moon equivelent of Cape Canaveral. But there is the continuing expense of workers in space suits. Neil
