as you see - everything seems ok. But I propose explanation what E-M field is, I would like to discuss with you and ask for some help to finish it.

Question: If there is no ether, so what is the medium for E-M wave to move?

Hypothesis: photon is just disturbance in time flow, disturbance in time-space structure moving through this time-space

Above delambertians describe wave with line velocity or – as you wish - time dilation around rotation center. It does not mean, that light has speed lover than c! For every local reference frame it is equal "c" as we have shown at the beginning.
