Thread: Hi my name is tom

Hi, my name is Tom. I have started to read a little about space and the universe and relativity etc ...

I started posting on another forum but found that it wasnt 100% what I am looking for in a forum. Seemingly I wasnt allowed to make a mistake or learn anything without getting bashed by the "smarter" members of the board. So I started this one.

Hopefully we can find some other people that like to discuss space-time and the universe.

I'm not an expert, just an extremely interested amateur. In many ways, I'm more interested in the underlying metaphysics, philosophy of science, conceptual understanding of the mathematical foundations, etc. than in solving the equations for myself.
