I had one college course in physics titled: Physics for Non-Science Majors. As an adult I thought that there was a blackhole in my knowledge of relativity and quantum theories so I've spent 25 and a lot of $$$ reading everything by popularizing authors beginning with Einstein's Universe and Schrodinger's Cat. I plow through everything whether or not I understand what I'm reading---partial understanding comes sooner or later. I am fascinated by the non-local nature of paired particles and the writings of the late physicist David Bohm and his ideas of the Implicate Order seems to be a possible solution to the mystery. I too have no desire or capability to solve or fully appreciate the beautiful and complex equations. I just hope that someday when a Grand Unified Theory (GUT) is finally derived, it will look simple and elegant on the front of a sweatshirt.
