Default Is positive zero equal to negative zero?

Maybe 0.999... equal to one was a little too advanced. Let's try an easier one.

If anyone (grapes, I'm looking at you!) says my terminology is imprecise here, interpret "positive zero" as zero, and "negative zero" as the additive inverse of zero.

Could post this at BAUT, but swift would probably lock it.

Except in computer science, sometimes. Signed zeroes can be different, and act different. See notes at this wiki article:

-0 = 0. is that right... Trouble being that you can not have a - or + 0.

The 0 ( zero ) is a valueless term and can not thus have a neg or pos. Its meaningless.

Have you been drinking to much coffee ?
