Default How much of a super power would your really need to become a real life super hero?

How much of a super power would you really need to become a real life super hero?

Obviously superman's stregnth and flashes speed are impossible ... but how fast or strong ( or whatever ) would someone need to be in order to be a real life super hero?

I would assume fast enough to dodge a bullet.

For example ... a ninja ... could be pretty close ...

I'm pretty happy with mine. 'Course, that's in my other identity, so I can't really talk about it here.

I'd make a secret identity account, but then it might be too obvious.

    Hmm...that's pretty funny, tom...I haven't met a ninja that could dodge a .45... That doesn't mean there isn't one; it just means I haven't met him/her yet...

Back in the 80's, my neighbor knew a ninja that could. Apparently, their eyesight was so acute that they could determine when you were about to squeeze the trigger, and where the barrel was pointed--plus, they could whirl from your front door to your side across the room so fast that you didn't have enough reaction time. Super-intelligent wolves. Or land sharks, I forget which.

Either one is impressive. I'd like to meet that guy...

Didnt mean to say they could dodge a bullet ... but the powers of stealth that they would have would be close to making them super hero-ish.

Don't think I've ever seen an 11-year old girl rack up such a high body count!

But as regards to the original question, I guess you need more power than Kick Ass had

For alternative superheroes, try "Mystery Men".
