For starters: Time to catch up with the real news, folks. Video news from CNBC discusses the top three reasons why global warming is all washed up.

He says after one of the hottest summers on record with greatest glacial loss on record...

Got anything from actual journals rather than journalists?

A stutter he quickly corrected. Re-listen.

And who might have written such "actual journals?" Perhaps... journalists? Lol, you do realize how your questions sounds, I hope!

The AGW balloon has popped, but it's still a hot button to press, still tied to massive gov't funding. As such, it's more than a little politically correct for the comfort of one's career. Scientists who disagree with it can be found everywhere, but they like keeping their jobs. Thus, while they'll undermine it at will during cocktail parties, few will touch it in a formal, public setting.

    No.
    Journals- Scientific Journals. Not slant/media.
The media is not exactly well known for accuracy.
But hey- since you like popular media- I will throw you a bone from Time:
Polar Vortex: Climate Change Could Be the Cause of Record Cold Weather | TIME.com
    And NASA:
    Climate Change: Evidence

But really, something more substantial is preferred... And considering that the evidence is in more than just Ice Cores, but also the tropics, forests, ocean water, the atmosphere etc.; evidence is found in just about every place we look:

    http://bprc.osu.edu/Icecore/lgt00-2.pdf
Changes in atmospheric constituents and in radiative forcing | Health & Environmental Research Online (HERO) | US EPA
    https://publications.csiro.au/rpr/pu...e-446b68aaba84
    SciTech Connect:
    http://nldr.library.ucar.edu/reposit...00-000-018.pdf
Soil Carbon Sequestration Impacts on Global Climate Change and Food Security
The Scientific Consensus on Climate Change
    http://www.as.wvu.edu/biology/bio463...stimations.pdf

This is a bit like the "Moon Hoax" claimants. These deniers claim that Internationally Cooperative studies are, in fact, a massive conspiracy driven by hope for Monetary gain.
Never mind that there is a much greater economic gain in denying Climate Change, as a massive overhaul of global infrastructure and practices would be insanely - even prohibitively- expensive, even if they are necessary.

You're quoting the mouthpieces of the AGW machine, and Google, which is an uber-liberal, politically correct (yet factually errant) organization. My aunt works for the EPA. She despises the lies, but the pay is good, so...

As long as we're throwing around links to various sources and opinions, however, try this one: the Foresight Institute » Blog Archive » Some Historical Perspective

    Also, you do realize...

Ah, yes- the grand conspiracy... They coerce all scientists in the field to fake the data, too, right?

The style and tone of your writing, along with what you do and do not support, has changed considerably, Neverfly. What happened? Did you go back to college for an education? Did you slip your username/password to someone from BAUT? Perhaps you and Tom are in cahoots? (don't know how Tom feels about AGW, as he's rarely spoken about it)

Regardless, when you toss out words like "conspiracy," particularly "grand conspiracy," your statement becomes a logical fallacy, specifically known as "pulling the Hitler card." It's a subform of the Red Herring argument (Ignoratio Elenchi aka "ignorance of refutation").

Taxonomy: Logical Fallacy >Informal Fallacy > Red Herring > Guilt by Association > The Hitler Card

So, Nev (if it really is you), is this the best you can do? A refutation from ignorance?

Hardly. I have never shown any support for deniers of AGW.

The fallacy is in you playing the "conspiracy card" with no evidence to support it.
The hand I dealt you was one of Skepticism of your unsupported claims.

You ask these after I posted a list of links to not just peer reviewed articles, but Popular articles like Time and the NASA webpage...

Nor did I claim you did. It's the overall impression of your takes on a variety of topics.

The fallacy is in you playing the "conspiracy card" with no evidence to support it.
You're the one who mentioned the word "conspiracy," so I'll ask you directly: WHAT conspiracy?

You ask these after I posted a list of links to not just peer reviewed articles, but Popular articles like Time and the NASA webpage...
Time - very liberal/leftist rag. Try The Atlantic or Forbes.

NASA - works for Obama, also liberal, if not Marxist, Communist/socialist, and has long been highly politically correct long before anyone even heard of Obama. Questions?
