with the ability to manufacture synthetic diamonds wouldn't their molecular structure be more adept to detecting the possibility of dark matter than there "scintillating bolometer", which is made of bismuth, germinate, and oxygen that are cooled down to a point of almost absolute zero? couldn't they just use molecular diamonds and do the same thing to make diamonds a scintillating bolometer?
