    Default Photon question

Does the rotation of a star affect the photons it emits trajectory?

You mean, does it cause the trajectory to curve significantly?

From what I understand a photon always travels at the speed of light in a straight line. So the question would be if there was enough of a relativistic drag going on to curve space-time near the star.

I would assume no. Unless it was either a quickly rotatating neutron star OR a SM black hole.

any deviation from straight. if so could the curve be so slight that over relativly short cosmic distances it appears straight

Right, but over relatively long distances, it appears straighter yet.
