Val Grimm, René Walling, and Elizabeth Allen have announced plans to start an on-line short fiction review zine, The Portal. They intend to not only review English language fiction, but also foreign language fiction. Grimm and Allen previously reviewed short fiction for The Fix. The are currently looking for reviews and bureau heads.
