Default orson scott card's "earth unaware"

"earth unaware" is the prequel to ender's game, which i read a long time ago.

it's interesting how the formics' ship goes so fast, and it seems that when it slows down it emits alot of dangerous plasma omnidirectionally.... anybody have any thoughts about that?

i highly recommend "earth unaware," and i personally couldn't put it down except for bed time!

I read of Ender in a short story. Fascinating! Just thinking about it helped me develop a 3D spatial thinking ability that helped me pass my AFOQTs with flying colors.

Decades later I came across the long story, and while I admire the effort, it was actually less adventurous. A disappointment.

I can't remember the title but OSC did a side story that featured 'Bean', also a very good story. I will look out for this one though, am a huge fan.

Unruh radiation? "While the skeptics accept that an accelerating object thermalises at the Unruh temperature, they do not believe that this leads to the emission of photons, arguing that the emission and absorption rates of the accelerating particle are balanced."
