Well, you guys know everything so I'll post this question:There is a bird (Robin, if I'm not mistaken) who has built a nest in the awning above our front door at the office. I want to get rid of it, but I don't know if there's eggs in the nest or not. She is very aggressively guarding the nest, so I'd thinking there's eggs there, but I don't know how aggressively they guard empty nests. My understanding is that if they've laid eggs, they're protected under the Migratory Birds Act. Could be wrong, but it's something I read on another forum.I'm all for letting nature be nature, but I can't have one of our clients, particularly one of our elderly clients, get attacked if they try to come in the door. What's the best advice for getting rid of it?
