Tonight I attended the first meeting for this year of the UAHuntsville Astronomy club. The club president brought his 10 in. Dobsonian and every one took turns observing the moon and Jupiter, since it was too cloudy to much else. I think everyone had a good night and I made a few friends. I did get a chuckle out of one of the RA's working the front desk talking about missing the psychic that the Association for Campus Entertainment had booked. I told her I went to Astronomy club instead.
