    Default wormholes

i just started reading about wormholes and came across the "visser wormhole".is it even possable to create a 2D surface?i get the lack of certain forces in a 2D surface.but isnt a cube a 3D object?and wouldnt the forces inside the cube interact and affect the 2D surface?this idea sounds great, but is it even plausable?

The Special Theory of Relativity predicates time dialation, so if we could accelerate a cube to the speed of light in a vacuume time would, for the cube, stop and we would have "created" a 3D object, without duation. At this point that is not possible so all objects have duration. That means of course that there are not even any 3D objects. Everything in our universe has a 4D component, time. If some one could produce in our 4D universe a 2D surface, that would be quite a feat. However SP also predicates foreshortening, so the cube would also lose the dimension of depth and become a 2d surface. It also calls for increased mass. When mass reaches infinity space collapses and we have a worm hole. All we need to acomplish all of this is infinite energy.

General Theory of Relitivity says that as our cube approaches light speed space bends making it appear without duration, depth and infinitly massive. Space curves at relavistic speeds and in the presence of mass. It is arguable that they are the same thing. When space colapses in upon itself, some think that it rips creating a hole that could facilitate intestellar travel. Either way at light speed time has no duration, space no depth and mass is immeasurable. Whether it is a compaction, a warp, or a rip is at this point speculation at best.
