    How considerate of them to give advance notice, so the conspiracy theorists have time to get their material ready!

    Sure it is considerate! But when conspirators post pictures of giant jelly-fish like creatures living in Jupiter's atmosphere, it's not like we have a space program left...sending them a cake is out of the question.

    A good friend of mine helped to get this mission launched. It's always much more exciting to see them launch when you have some sort of personal connection with them. So, of course, I was watching it live on NASA TV.
