Now hold on... A moment ago you said that you tried to quote it.

Now you say you simply cannot find it.
How can you try to quote it if you don't even have the post in front of you to try it on?

You mention two ideas but then say you heard of one but not the other three. Two is two less than four.

You can't keep anything straight, can you?

No, nothing has been deleted. All the posts are still there in their proper places. And there are other Mods you can ask, too.

    Hint: Punctuation = Awesome.

Owl... Re-write that in understandable clear English or you'll be pushing the ground away from you.

I see you forgot - Again.
"Owl" is my son. He lives right here, in this house. I have a quirky sense of humor in how I communicate that looks harsh, but here in person usually has us rolling around laughing on the floor.
I have been trying to get "Owl" to take personal responsibility in his education, to improve his writing, his use of English, and to express his ideas coherently and concisely. I thought, at that time, the forum might be a useful medium he could use but... as with most other projects he starts, he does not finish them...
The lad will need to grow up sometime. He's 18 years old now and still acting 12. I cannot Force him to Grow Up. We have tried therapists, psychiatrists, boot camp (At the time of that posting, he was in Boot Camp), giving more freedom, giving less freedom... nothing works. Maybe that is just the nature of the human mind... Only he can do it and he just does not want to face that kind of reality. If something strikes him as "negative" he just blocks it out entirely. That includes homework, household duties, working around the neighborhood, mowing a lawn; Literally anything that isn't a Fun meme.
I think that deep down inside, he is very unhappy with his life. He laughs and smiles all the time but I think it's really just unhappiness. Believing it impossible to improve his life, he just blocks out anything that hurts.
Back then, inviting him to the forum was just another attempt at trying to get him to rattle out of his shell.
